Two students from the Faculty of Geological Engineering Universitas Padjadjaran (FTG Unpad) won 1st and 2nd place in the International Case Study Competition category at the 2024 Annual Energy Symposium in Jakarta on 4 May.
Muhammad Rezandi Shidqi, the first winner, and Yehezkiel Simanjuntak, the second winner, are students from the class of 2021 at FTG Unpad. They competed with participants from 12 campuses, specifically the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM), Institut Teknologi Petroleum Balongan (ITPB), Politeknik Energi dan Mineral Akamigas (PEM AKAMIGAS CEPU), Universitas Indonesia (UI), Universitas Pertamina (UPER), Universitas Diponegoro (UNDIP), Universitas Islam Riau (UIR), Institut Teknologi Sains Bandung (ITSB), Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), and Universitas Negeri Padang (UPN).
This competition is held annually by the Society of Petroleum Engineers Java Indonesia Section.
